As part of the California Festival, La Jolla Presbyterian Church Concert Series presents the innovative San Diego-based chamber ensemble, Camarada. Deeply influenced by the rich tradition of Argentinian music, Camarada will perform a captivating program to include two recently commissioned ensemble pieces by Argentinian-born composer Andrés Martín, and an outstanding solo work for double bass composed and performed by Mr. Martín.
Now in its 64th season, La Jolla Presbyterian Church Concert Series has served as a community outreach of The La Jolla Presbyterian Church Worship & Arts Ministry. They are a donation-based nonprofit group dedicated to sharing the gift of the highest-caliber artistry with the community, at no charge for admission.
